Dark chocolate chips with 46% cocoa and a fat content of 26–28%, ideal for use in baking. Thanks to their structure they maintain shape and consistency.They are particularly suitable for enriching baked goods such as cookies, plumcakes, muffins and cakes, but are also effective for filling leavened products, guaranteeing uniform distribution and a rich and persistent taste.
